1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of WebStageTV.com and the services provided by WebStage Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing services, or using our online TV platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

We offer two core services:

  1. Website Setup & Maintenance Service for coaches, eCommerce microbrands, and small brand founders .
  2. WebStage TV, an online television platform showcasing the lifestyle, challenges, and wins of solopreneurs and microbrand founders.

Specific details of each service (pricing, scope, deliverables) are provided at the time of purchase or subscription.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or making purchases.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and login details.
  • Not use our services for unlawful purposes, including distributing harmful or illegal content.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and avoid infringing third-party copyrights, trademarks, or data.

5. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

5.1 Payment Options

You may choose between:

  • Complete Upfront Payment (100% paid in advance, non-refundable once work has commenced).
  • Milestone Payment Plan (Optional Alternative):
    • 40% deposit to begin the project (non-refundable).
    • 40% mid-review/demo payment (non-refundable once demo is delivered).
    • 20% final delivery payment (non-refundable once final files/access are provided).

5.2 Maintenance & Subscriptions

  • Monthly maintenance retainers and WebStage TV subscriptions are billed in advance.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • You may cancel ongoing services by giving at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

5.3 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • Non-delivery of agreed services where corrective action is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method.

5.4 No Chargeback Policy

  • By purchasing from WebStage Ltd, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank, Paystack, PayPal, Stripe, or other processors.
  • Any chargeback attempt on a valid payment may result in service suspension, legal recovery of funds, and permanent termination of your account.
  • Billing concerns must be raised directly with us at contact@webstagetv.com for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on WebStageTV.com, including text, images, videos, designs, and logos, is owned by WebStage Ltd or licensed to us.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
  • User-submitted content for WebStage TV remains your property, but by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it.

7. Online TV Content Disclaimer

The content on WebStage TV is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Views expressed by featured entrepreneurs, coaches, or microbrands are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of WebStage Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We aim to provide secure, reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or lost business opportunities.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and Nigeria’s NDPR. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms.
  • Fail to make payments.
  • Engage in unlawful or abusive use of our services.

You may also terminate services by written notice, subject to payment obligations under Section 5.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If you are located in the EU/UK, GDPR protections apply in addition to Nigerian law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of updates.
