This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for services purchased from WebStage Ltd through webstagetv.com, including Website Setup & Maintenance Services and WebStage TV subscriptions.

2. Website Setup & Maintenance Services
2.1 Payment Options
Clients may choose between:
- Complete Upfront Payment: 100% of the project fee is paid in advance. This payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Milestone Payment Plan (Optional Alternative):
- 40% deposit to begin the project (non-refundable).
- 40% payment upon demo/first full review (non-refundable once demo is delivered).
- 20% payment upon final delivery (non-refundable once final files/access are handed over).
2.2 Cancellations During Project
- Upfront Payment Clients: If cancellation occurs after work has started, no refunds are issued, as resources are allocated immediately.
- Milestone Payment Clients:
- Cancelling before demo stage → only the deposit is retained.
- Cancelling after demo stage but before final delivery → deposit and demo payment are retained.
- Cancelling after final delivery → all payments are non-refundable.
3. Monthly Maintenance & Retainer Services
- Monthly website maintenance or retainer contracts are billed in advance.
- Payments are non-refundable once the month has started.
- You may cancel by providing at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation ensures no further charges, but no partial refunds for unused service days.
4. WebStage TV Subscriptions
- Subscriptions to premium WebStage TV content (if applicable) are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- You may cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
5. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate payment errors.
- Failure by WebStage Ltd to deliver the agreed scope of service, where no corrective action is possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method.
6. No Chargeback Policy
By purchasing from WebStage Ltd, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Payments made for services or subscriptions are final, except as outlined in this policy.
- You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank, Paystack, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment processor.
- Any attempt to dispute a legitimate payment after services have been delivered may result in suspension of services, legal recovery of funds, and permanent termination of your account.
